Chuckles appeal to well educated, good humored, women and men who appreciate cleverly crafted commentary. The vocabulary can be challenging. New “Chuckles” are written weekly. One time rights for 12x & 24x contracts are available for web only, print only, and web+print. Per insertion costs run from $10 to $60 (depending on circulation), with contract.
